When You Are Born

Birth registration, estate trusts, and the mirrored NAME.

When you are born (given life), a record of live birth is taken as testimony of that life—your private estate. (In some places this is styled a notification of birth for registration.) It functions as an affidavit of life, identifying living standing and private property. It records a given name as title to the estate (e.g. John). The estate is the “land” of mind, body, and soul, and all property—physical and intellectual—that flows from living energy, including unalienable rights. A mother’s autograph is testimony of the estate (an estate must exist before a trust). Under Common Law, mother and State can stand as trustees of an expressed sovereign trust with the child as beneficiary—holder in expectancy (holder in due course) until majority, unless another process intervenes.

Registration pressure

Parents are soon told the child “must” be registered. There is no such lawful duty under natural standing, yet the State insists. Through registration mechanics—maiden names, “informant” roles, and legal definitions of maternity, bastardy, and still-birth columns in older frameworks—the State can construct a claim over the estate and treat the child as a ward in a foreign-situs “estate for life” trust, with jointure/usufruct-like rights to income from another’s property.

The live-birth record is used to issue a birth-certificate bond: a property title registered as a security—akin to a warehouse receipt for delivered goods. Given name and family name are registered as a tradename. Only corporations need “last names” in that commercial sense. An artificial legal person is issued as a franchise of the parent corporation-state.

The bond may be treated as a security for treasury instruments. In that corrupted framing, people become the “credit of the nation”—human capital rather than free creditors.

Two trusts, reversed roles

Under the first sovereign trust established through the mother, you are holder in due course and a future creditor; as a private man or woman you are beneficiary/executor of your Common Law estate trust, and oath-bound officials are public trustees. Under the foreign-situs construction, the State claims equitable title (beneficiary) while the legal person holds legal title (trustee). The trustee is liable; the legal person is a debtor. Anyone who mistakenly takes on the NAME and its debts steps into the liable trustee role as surety for an indebted State. The tables are turned.

By registration (legalisation), people are employed as debtors for private banking interests, upheld by private bar guilds. While acting in the corporatised NAME, presentments (bills) arrive that the strawman employee is expected to settle.

False presumptions

The theft of estate rests on presumptions that fail in fact. A birth certificate presupposes that a man or woman was first born on the land. You are not dead; you remain living holder in due course of your estate title. Older frameworks such as the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 recognise that if the supposed dead man proves alive, title is revested.

Only you have a birthday—the day you entered the world. The artificial person has a date of birth—the day it was registered. Those dates often differ.

He who fails to assert his rights has none. Maxim of law — rights unclaimed are rights unused.
