Unalienable rights are inborn. Under Natural Law you were created equal to any other man or woman and endowed with certain inherent unalienable rights. They are not gifts from government, courts, or corporations. They exist because you exist as a living being.
These rights travel with you in private capacity. They include, among others, the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; to acquire, hold, and enjoy property; to contract freely; to travel; to free conscience and expression; to due process; and to defend yourself and your estate. Lists vary by tradition, but the principle is constant: what nature and the Creator endow cannot be lawfully sold, waived by silence alone, or legislated away without your fully informed, willing consent.
Privileges are different. Privileges are revocable benefits granted by statute to artificial persons and to those who act in public capacity. Licenses, permits, and many “benefits” operate in that world. Confusing a privilege with a right is how people trade standing for convenience.
Your unalienable rights are bounded by equal regard for others: you may not harm another living man or woman or their property. Common Law enforces that balance. Statutes aimed at corporate franchises do not redefine your nature—though actors in legal fiction will try to treat you as if they did, once joinder is presumed.
If a right can be taken by a form, a fee, or a silent failure to object, it was never treated as unalienable in that process—it was treated as a privilege. Know which world you are being pulled into, and answer from private standing when you choose to answer at all.
